About the BTCC

Britain's top touring-car series: close, three-race weekends in saloons and hatchbacks that look like the cars in the showroom. Every car is built to the same Next Generation Touring Car (NGTC) rules.

NGTC regulations: 2.0-litre turbocharged engines, sequential six-speed gearboxes, and a common set of parts including the turbo and ECU. Boost-based power surge in place of the old hybrid system, and 100% renewable fuel.
